Golden Gate Area Council 
Twin Valley congratulates Kristine Biehl on being honored with the Silver Beaver award. Recipients of this award are registered Scouters who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given at the council level.
Kristine has been involved with Scouting for 20 years, in Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing. She was also involved in Girl Scouts (GSA) for nearly the same amount of time. Kristine is a key member of the district in several roles; District Operating Committee, training team, day camp team, roundtable staff, and district dinner chair. Her passion and skills have lead to the success of our district and council in delivering the program to youth.
Kristine says “Scouting is a family journey for us. We have made many life long friends along the way and it has taught our family many valuable lessons.”
We are fortunate to have Kristine on our team, and we look forward to many future years of Scouting with her at our side.
