AND if you are a home cook, we will be having our Chili Cook-off event before the official ceremonies. Chili Cook-Off Rules: Anything goes! Extra points for Dutch Ovens, but not required. Please make 1 gallon (or more) of chili for adequate judging. Bring it ready to serve.
